Culturelligence team met in Phoenix, AZ in September 2016 to brainstorm what factors are stopping organizations from collecting real time inputs on cultural-engagement intelligence so that they can respond with actionable improvement plans in real time while balancing the external challenges being offered by the VUCA world. We envisioned that “something” is required – similar to an amoeba (an organism) that adjusts based on external threats posed by its environment.
